Our ForeverFIT Over 60s Program keeps you strong, fit, and healthy in retirement. Designed for older adults, this small group setting offers personalised attention and is fully subsidised for eligible participants with chronic conditions.

COACHING

Our Ongoing Digital Wellness program gives you the flexibility to continue your health journey remotely. Stay connected with custom exercise plans and ongoing support from your Exercise Physiologist, all through our app.
