What We Offer

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy focuses on diagnosing and treating injuries, pain, and movement limitations.

Through hands-on assessment, dry needling, manual therapy, and guided rehabilitation, our physiotherapist helps you restore movement, reduce pain, and return safely to the activities that matter most to you.

Exercise Physiology

Exercise physiology uses structured, evidence-based exercise to support recovery, manage chronic health conditions, and and build long-term strength and function.

Our accredited exercise physiologists design personalised programs for conditions including arthritis, osteoporosis, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and more. Medicare CDM plans and NDIS accepted.

Small Group Exercise

Our small group strength programs provide a supportive and professionally guided environment to help you stay strong, active, and independent.

ForeverFIT is designed for adults 60 and over targeting muscle and bone loss, balance, and falls prevention. Bone Boost is built for peri-, post-, and menopausal women looking to build bone density and strength safely.

Common Reasons People Come to Us

Osteoporosis and Bone Health

Bone density loss is a natural part of ageing, but it does not have to be inevitable. Our exercise physiologists design targeted strength and loading programs to slow bone loss, reduce fracture risk, and keep you strong and resilient.

Knee Pain and Osteoarthritis

Knee pain and osteoarthritis can make everyday movement difficult and frustrating. We use objective strength and movement assessment to
identify the cause and build a progressive rehabilitation program that reduces pain and restores function.

Post-Natal Recovery and Pelvic Health

Post-natal recovery is about more than just getting back to exercise. Our physiotherapist provides dedicated assessment and treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti, prolapse, incontinence, and the safe return to activity after having a baby.

Post-Surgical Rehabilitation

Returning to full strength and function after surgery requires a structured, progressive approach. We work alongside your surgical team to guide your rehabilitation from early recovery through to full return to activity.

Diabetes and Cardiovascular Health

Regular structured exercise is one of the most effective tools for managing diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Our accredited exercise physiologists design safe, personalised programs to support your health, improve energy levels, and reduce long-term risk. Medicare CDM plans accepted.

Falls Prevention and Balance

Falls are one of the leading causes of injury in older adults. We provide objective falls risk assessment and structured exercise programs to improve your balance, lower limb strength, and confidence in everyday movement.

Active by design: We do not just treat symptoms. Every consultation and program is built around getting you moving, building your capacity, and keeping you that way for the long term.

Evidence-based assessment: We use gold-standard strength and movement testing technology to objectively measure where you are, track your progress, and give you results you can actually see.

Personalised to you: Every person receives an individualised assessment and plan designed around their goals, health history, and current ability. No generic programs, no guesswork.

Qualified and experienced: Our clinic is led by qualified physiotherapists and accredited exercise physiologists with deep experience in rehabilitation, strength, and long-term health management.

A welcoming environment: Our clinic is designed to be a comfortable place where people of all abilities feel confident starting their health journey.

Local and accessible: Based in Emerald and serving all of Central Queensland. NDIS, CDM plans, and private health accepted.
