OUR CLINIC

At You Move Health & Rehab, we offer a welcoming, personalised space shared with Highlands Nutrition Dietitian. Our clinic includes a private consultation room equipped with essential health tools and cutting-edge VALD equipment for accurate assessments.

The boutique exercise studio, designed for one-on-one sessions, is fully equipped with a functional trainer, free weights, kettlebells, a trap bar, exercise bike, and rowing erg to support strength, movement, and cardio training.

We’re wheelchair accessible, and our space is always clean and comfortable. For group sessions, we partner with Stadium Premier Fitness for larger classes.

Meet Our Founder

Grant Hancock

Accredited Exercise Physiologist
BClinExSci, BEx&MovSci, AEP, AES

Grant is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and the owner of You Move Health & Rehab in Emerald, Queensland. Grant completed his Exercise Science undergraduate in 2015, and pursued further studies in Clinical Exercise Physiology which he completed in 2018. Grant’s passion areas are in the treatment and management of musculoskeletal pain and injury rehabilitation, strength training for bone health, and neurological rehabilitation.

Grant is passionate about helping people return to the activities they love after an injury or health setback. His approach is grounded in the belief that strength training is the “elixir of life,” and that there is an exercise for everyone, regardless of their experience, age, or medical history.

Outside of the clinic, Grant stays active by running, lifting heavy objects (strength training), playing golf (albeit poorly), and walking or running with his two dogs. He loves promoting the fun side of exercise and developing close connections with the people he helps.

Grant’s goal is to create an environment where, regardless of health conditions, disabilities, or injuries, clients feel safe, confident, and empowered to become the healthiest, strongest, and fittest version of themselves.
